Your first visit to Florida Dermatology Associates involves a few steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You'll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies, and more. Appointments

Please bring your photo ID and insurance card to your scheduled appointment. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your appointment, you might have to be rescheduled.

  • Please arrive fifteen minutes early if you are a new patient.
  • Patients who arrive fifteen minutes after their appointment or later may have to reschedule their appointment.

What To Expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It will also help alleviate any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling prior to your first appointment. Please take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the providers.
