Just had a basal cell carcinoma removed using the Moh's procedure. Dr. Moreno's team removed one about a year ago, They were quite pleasant and got things started on time. Process was very efficient but took two interations to obtain clear margins. I was out in little over an hour. Dr. Moreno did an excellent job. It's nice to have a medical office that is ran so smoothly.

I shall preface this to say I have never been to the dermatologist before. After living in Florida for 10 years, I wanted to check there were no moles to be concerned about (I didn’t have any concerns but wanted to make sure). I expected to be looked over with a fine tooth comb, However, she didn’t even look at my stomach, nor did she ask me to lift my arms to check my sides or underarm area. She checked my head a little, but not all over.

I appreciate how they are always able to fit you in for an appointment when your situation is painful and feeling really bad. The staff is always really nice and supportive. Julianne listens to everything and spends the time needed to respond. Both Julianne and the medical assistant are always kind and supportive. I've been a patient for a number of years now and I always feel I receive professional and responsive medical care. I would definitely refer others to this practice. Also they have a number of offices in Brevard County which makes it easy to get appointments nearby.

Visit by Helen was waayyyyyyy too quick, fast. She did her thing with me in 2 minutes. She appeared to be backing out of the room as she answered my questions and was giving me after care directions. An observation that is far too common with medical professionals with their patients. Helen was very pleasant but it felt just too rushed Just very typical of medical professionals these days……answering corporate quotas instead of patient care relationship.
