P.A. Prete is my savings grace. She entered the exam room and immediately recognized I was in miserable pain and so caringly assured me she was going to help me. Within 45 minutes of leaving her office, my life became normal again. For a solid month, and after seeing 3 doctors, my face was still in agony and I was suffering severely with pain, itching and burning, in the mouth, lips, and nose area. My face was inflamed and for a solid month I had watched as what ever was happening literally burned layers of skin off and was fighting myself to keep from clawing the skin off my face. I'm saying I was in pure hell as places would crack open and bleed, blisters arose and burning continued. I'm not clear on final diagnosis, because I was in such angst to get to the pharmacy, get the prescribed medication on and hopefully begin to heal and stop the excruciating pain. Once I heard that this was not cancerous, I couldn't hear much past that, for thanking Jesus and Miss Prete. She was a life saver for me and I'm so thankful for/to her. She takes care of her patients like family and I appreciate that so much. She sympathetic and kind and caring. And believe me those are very rare finds in today's medical world, as the are so busy, usually they are not able to spend the time they need with patients. Take it from Someone with a very extensive medical history, dealing with a lot a medical professionals, this PA is a breath of fresh air and a rare find. I'm so impressed. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!
