Helen Turk had one of the worst bedside manners I’ve ever experienced with a doctor. She made it seem like I was a “big inconvenience” being there that day. Very impersonable!! when I asked a couple of question, she wouldn’t even answer it and said the nurse would answer my questions. I will never go back to this doctor again! I usually use the Cocoa Beach branch and I decided to use Suntree because it’s closer to home. Big mistake! I will start going to Cocoa Beach again from now on. Really disappointing that she didn’t even talk to me or even make an attempt to make me feel imported as a patient on this visit. And the front office staff, especially the lady who checks you out and takes your payment, same way. Very impersonal. Very standoffish. The entire visit made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there— like I’m wasting their time.

Courtney is amazing! And has beautiful skin, I was definitely inspired to get some work done on my face.

On time thorough examination. Very friendly staff from the front desk to assistant in the back. I've had a lot of minor skin cancer issues that at one point required in house surgical removal by Dr Moreno. His technique was outstanding. The removal was on the left side of my face. His superb closure of the site virtually made the scaring minimal. It's barely noticeable years later. All in all I give a rating of 10 of 10.

Went in for a cyst removal consult. They came up with a plan to remove the cyst and also addressed a spot of concern and a couple of skin tags. In and out in a half hour. Explained everything well, friendly staff, and got everything taken care of.

My experience with Helen has been pretty straightforward - she gave me a bit of follow-up on my previous Botox injections for wrinkles up above my right eye. The results from the first treatment for the wrinkles on my forehead were just fine, save for above my right eye, where my eyebrow ended up having a bend in it. I feel that she 's give me the amount of Botox that I have needed to smooth out these wrinkles, but not any more than that.

Kind, thorough, tells you straight up what she sees but, with a wonderful bedside manner. A medical professional you feel absolutely comfortable with. Thank you for your care so far.

This was the second time visit to Fl Dermatology. My first visit two years ago with a different PA was not so good but this visit was excellent. The PA ( Courtney Tarter) did a thorough examination explaining what she was seeing as she went. Items were addressed and was very happy with my visit.

Ms. Tarter was very thorough with her examination. She saw both me and my husband. We felt very comfortable with her as she was friendly, polite and professional.

I have been followed by Helen Turk , PA-C for many years. She has done my total body skin checks and discovered skin cancer which was treated by Dr Moreno. Helen has also done cosmetic treatments of facial laser treatments, Botox and facial fillers which has improved my facial and skin appearance. I depend and trust her judgements. Jeannette Gluck is prompt, cheery, provides good explanations for skin problems, quick diagnosis and treatment. I especially like that she uses a cotton swab to ice off potential skin cancer cells rather than spraying since I always worry about splashing into my eyes. She's very careful.

Very professional and very efficient. My teen is being treated for acne, and I feel like our PA has their best interest when providing a treatment regimen. Additionally have gone out of their way to find a pharmacy that was not pushing back with my insurance. Obviously my child’s physical and mental health is the most important. When I mentioned that I had issues with my insurance with the first prescription, they instantly searched for a pharmacy that not only accepted my insurance, AND they ended up saving me over $40.00 Thank you

Professional, courteous, and scheduled my biopsy's for my 2 spots for when I return from eye surgery. Clean office, nice ancillary staff, and all and all, great experience. I might try to hire Helen away from you all.

Two spots were identified as potential skin cancer. Biopsies were taken and confirmed as cancer. Solution presented to me was Mohs surgery. Second action taken was to apply a cream substance to my forearms for two weeks. After the first few days a rash began appearing on my chest, arms, lower back, backsides, thighs. Attention was paid to the rash with a variety of creams. I am still dealing with the rash. Back to the Mohs surgery recommendation, I investigated on my own and was put off and searched for alternative and potentially less invasive options. I discovered SRT. Searching your website I was pleased to find it was available at your practice. After significant reading I opted for SRT on one of the spots and a "scrape and burn" on the other. Why was Mohs the only option offered?

Jeanette and her staff were a welcomed surprise. I have actually come to expect below average results from my Drs visits and any service industry. She quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed the right treatment the first time. Her staff always gets me in and out on time and are very pleasant and helpful.

I had a concern that came up. The office was about to get me in in very short notice. There was very little wait time when after arriving. Jeannette and assistant were able to do listen to my concern, do an examination, answer any of my questions and concerns, do a biopsy on the area of concern, and bandage me up with instructions for care and follow-up. I never felt rushed and time was taken for all my concerns. After as I was leaving I realized that all this took place in 25 minutes. That's what I call quality care and quality service.

She is very patient centered and professional.

So far so good as far as having the examination and the two biopsies, with responses to my questions on aftercare a couple of days later over the phone. The biopsy seem to be healing up just fine, thank you.

She is informed about patient history to make certain nothing is missed. I only wish all medical personnel were as professional and courteous as Courtney Tarter. Additionally, Sue (last name?) is very professional in assisting and providing any further information following the exam/treatment. Sue was also training Chelsea (last name?) as an assistant, technician. Both were attentive, and sensitive to all issues. I recommend this office and personnel and have total confidence in the work performed.

Quick, friendly and efficient. I had an abcessed cyst that was quite painful. PA Gluck opened it up and cleaned it out and prescribed an antibiotic. Pain is gone and wound is healing nicely. Just what I wanted!
