Additionally have gone out of their way to find a pharmacy that was not pushing back with my insurance. Obviously my child’s physical and mental health is the most important. When I mentioned that I had issues with my insurance with the first prescription, they instantly searched for a pharmacy that not only accepted my insurance, AND they ended up saving me over $40.00 Thank you

Two spots were identified as potential skin cancer. Biopsies were taken and confirmed as cancer. Solution presented to me was Mohs surgery. Second action taken was to apply a cream substance to my forearms for two weeks. After the first few days a rash began appearing on my chest, arms, lower back, backsides, thighs. Attention was paid to the rash with a variety of creams. I am still dealing with the rash. Back to the Mohs surgery recommendation, I investigated on my own and was put off and searched for alternative and potentially less invasive options. I discovered SRT. Searching your website I was pleased to find it was available at your practice. After significant reading I opted for SRT on one of the spots and a "scrape and burn" on the other. Why was Mohs the only option offered?

Jeanette and her staff were a welcomed surprise. I have actually come to expect below average results from my Drs visits and any service industry. She quickly diagnosed my condition and prescribed the right treatment the first time. Her staff always gets me in and out on time and are very pleasant and helpful.

I had a concern that came up. The office was about to get me in in very short notice. There was very little wait time when after arriving. Jeannette and assistant were able to do listen to my concern, do an examination, answer any of my questions and concerns, do a biopsy on the area of concern, and bandage me up with instructions for care and follow-up. I never felt rushed and time was taken for all my concerns. After as I was leaving I realized that all this took place in 25 minutes. That's what I call quality care and quality service.

She is very patient centered and professional.

So far so good as far as having the examination and the two biopsies, with responses to my questions on aftercare a couple of days later over the phone. The biopsy seem to be healing up just fine, thank you.

She is informed about patient history to make certain nothing is missed. I only wish all medical personnel were as professional and courteous as Courtney Tarter. Additionally, Sue (last name?) is very professional in assisting and providing any further information following the exam/treatment. Sue was also training Chelsea (last name?) as an assistant, technician. Both were attentive, and sensitive to all issues. I recommend this office and personnel and have total confidence in the work performed.

Quick, friendly and efficient. I had an abcessed cyst that was quite painful. PA Gluck opened it up and cleaned it out and prescribed an antibiotic. Pain is gone and wound is healing nicely. Just what I wanted!

Nice, private facility a few blocks from my home in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Friendly, professional staff too. Dr. Moreno has decades of experience, so he knew how to treat my basal cell carcinoma on a post-trauma foot featuring very tight skin from edema. The procedure went well and was not painful. A good experience all around.

Moved to the area from Tennessee and got an appointment based on recommendation from a friend with the hope Dr. Moreno could be my dermatologist. ONly a short wait in the waiting room. Dr. Moreno and his staff were very cordial and professional. the procedure went well and only one surgery was necessary to get all the cancer removed. I am experiencing quite a bit of pain with the hand but no bleeding.

I LUV Christopher and(!) Victoria. Doc. Chris removed a very large and ugly and embarrassing growth above one ear. Something another Dermatologist told me, six years ago, couldn't be done without a plastic surgeon to deal with the resulting damage. Done deal now. Gone! Plus, 'Chris' is a Miami Dolphins fan (he noticed my keys fob). I had season tickets for 34 years. And Victoria is a Conway Twitty fan. "Hello Darlin'" I can't wait to get some reason to see them both again. Ha!

I've been to Dr Mloreno for 4-5 years and I've always been highly satisfied. PA Anthonhy Moreno has always given me the best exams & finds things I didn't even know I had. Dr Moreno takes care of them if surgery is required. I know this isn't guaranteed but it's amazing how little discomfort there's been after the surgeries. Can it get better than that ? Being close to our home doesn't hurt either ! !

I had to get a basal cell carcinoma removed off my neck, I have high anxiety and was super stressed. They played calming classical type music, reassured me and just made me feel calm. It went really well! They got it all at one time thankfully, got three stitches and bandaged up and was good to go! The doctor was awesome and the two nurses were amazing. I'll be going back every 6 months for a check. I look back and think to myself I only thought it was a pimple, than just a regular mole..I never would have thought I had skin cancer. I'm so grateful for this team and place.

The team that works here, Angie, Gloriliz, Vicki, Jennifer and our PA Chris Carlisle were friendly and professional. Walking in we were greeted with a good morning and a smile. We felt welcomed and at ease right off the bat. Everything went like clockwork, paperwork, exam room interview and then Chris the PA arrived. The exam we received was very detailed and thorough my wife and I were very please with everyone and everything. Arriving early for our appointment we were taken care of right of way and we were in and out within thirty minutes. As we were walking out the whole staff was smiling and waving goodbye and thanking us for coming.

I was scheduled for surgery 09/13 in Cocoa Bch and in Port ST John the next day. When I arrived at the Cocoa Bch office I asked if both procedures could be done then. The staff and Dr Moreno went above and beyond and completed both procedures, saving me a trip from Palm Bay to PSJ. They are a great team that works well together ,all are number one draft picks. Dr Moreno went a few extra steps and provided me with information that will help me with my VA disability request ,the staff at the Palm Bay office provided me the need copies of past med records that were needed. professional
