Doctor Moreno and his team are great! They got me right in when I arrived. No waiting! Doctor Moreno was very thorough, explained everything well and was very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and has a very friendly demeanor. The others on his team were also very pleasant. The office is clean. I'm very impressed overall and glad I found them.

P.A. Prete is my savings grace. She entered the exam room and immediately recognized I was in miserable pain and so caringly assured me she was going to help me. Within 45 minutes of leaving her office, my life became normal again. For a solid month, and after seeing 3 doctors, my face was still in agony and I was suffering severely with pain, itching and burning, in the mouth, lips, and nose area. My face was inflamed and for a solid month I had watched as what ever was happening literally burned layers of skin off and was fighting myself to keep from clawing the skin off my face. I'm saying I was in pure hell as places would crack open and bleed, blisters arose and burning continued. I'm not clear on final diagnosis, because I was in such angst to get to the pharmacy, get the prescribed medication on and hopefully begin to heal and stop the excruciating pain. Once I heard that this was not cancerous, I couldn't hear much past that, for thanking Jesus and Miss Prete. She was a life saver for me and I'm so thankful for/to her. She takes care of her patients like family and I appreciate that so much. She sympathetic and kind and caring. And believe me those are very rare finds in today's medical world, as the are so busy, usually they are not able to spend the time they need with patients. Take it from Someone with a very extensive medical history, dealing with a lot a medical professionals, this PA is a breath of fresh air and a rare find. I'm so impressed. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!

Very nice person, but not very competent. Since she is just an assistant, I think she is not confident enough to determine when biopsy is needed and when not. I had many unnecessary biopsies which of course cost a lot of money out of pocket (depends of your insurance).

I’ve beenHelenTurk's patient for Several years. I am78 years old and had many areas that wanted to have removed. I went to a plastic surgeon to use laser treatments to remove the many dark pigments spots on my face. Lazer was unable to totally remove them I was very disappointed. I went to Hellen who prescribed medication that I used faithfully every say for about 5 months. Today my skin is almost flawless. I can’t believe it’s my face when I look in the mirror. She is professional & very knowledgeable. I get compliments every time I go out. It’s amazing!

Helen Turk is a friendly, caring, and knowledgeable PA. She goes over all procedures and explains what she is doing and why. Having surgery on your hairline is not fun but being comfortable with the doctor performing the surgery and having confidence in his abilities makes it much less stressful and tolerable and I have this with Dr. Moreno. I have been seeing this practice for about 15 years.

Julianne Prete always takes the time to answer any questions, or explain anything I don't understand. I always feel comfortable talking with her about the medical prosses I am going through.

Courtney does her best to communicate what is happening through the skin check, biopsies, and treatments. As someone with very sensitive skin (natural red head), her calm, reassuring nature helps to lessen some of the nervousness. Also she is very nonjudgmental about the current condition of your skin and focuses on what we can do better now and moving forward

Dr. Ruben Moreno is the best Derm Doc in town. He personally recommended Helen Turk, PA to me. She is very good! I miss Dr. Lee. He was wonderful as well! For several years now I have had regular exams and treatments at the N US1, Cocoa office of Dr. Moreno. Dr. Moreno's son Anthony is who I depend on for my exams and many of my treatments. He is kind and you can tell he cares about his patients. I have had numerous skin cancers removed and Anthony has been very accurate at his diagnoses and managing my skin probems. This man stands out when comes to treating skin conditions. He is the best!
